Everyone tries to seek out true love, sometimes but very rarely do people find it, that doesn't mean you have to settle for second best.
If we are to look at true love, then we must look no further then ourselves, why??, because inner love, self love, self reflection starts internally, its not something physical.
We always look with an outward view of the world, but forget the most important starting point your inner temple which is a part of us, if you cant love yourself internally it makes it hard for someone to light a flame that burns eternity, Loving ourselves is probably the most difficult.
By loving ourselves internally we can invite spirit into our life to nurture us and to remind us we are always loved by spirit.
Spirit tells us, don't be afraid for life for everyone is a challenge, we make choices, some difficult, others emotional, stressful and out of love.
If you love yourself internally, you will find that inner peace with yourself.
Remember we are humans, we hurt, we feel pain,we feel sadness, we feel lost and sometimes misunderstood.
To love yourself, we need to feel those, so we can understand others in a time of need, for that is spiritual love.
Spirit gives us wisdom, knowledge and they show us how to love yourself, we need to be open, let that love in your heart, so you can help heal yourself and those that one day might need that insight, to start life again, coming from darkness to light.
Transforming yourself will give you that final piece to move forward regardless what might lay ahead for the future is still unwritten.
